I provide and create solutions to clients around the world, that turn around desperate and
threatening situations or create opportunities that are visionary and world changing.

In 24 months I delivered an “on-time, to-budget” $40m program and $12m annual savings. When the world’s largest private complex maintenance company wanted to sweep away legacy systems and transform the business in record time, they faced a daunting challenge. I led a 170 person team to deliver a full technology overhaul, build new data centers, and deliver management, process, and organisational change in record time.

With a consistently full order book, I ran a profitable business for two years and then sold it on to a USA investor for a 5x multiple of investment. As an avid sailor and yacht owner, I saw an opportunity. I could not find neither the resources nor the skills to maintain my Singapore berthed yacht. So I built a full scope marine services company with a multi ethnic labor force which gained Regional Service Center status from two major yacht brands and serviced multiple Asia marinas.

I led 200 staff and 150 world wide contractors to deliver over $100m pa in savings after an 18 month program of change. A major global airline wanted to integrate and up-skill two operationally critical, front line departments who were struggling to manage their one billion dollar international division. I led the radical transformation of the organisation, the technology stack, and the way commercial contracts were planned and executed across the world.
The British Government wanted to salvage the remnants of a failed but essential air service. As a  Founder and CEO I built a new airline from the ashes. The airline had been a victim of criminal fraud by its owners. It had to be replaced, the new carrier we founded serviced 200,000 passengers on 15 domestic and international routes in the first profitable year of operation. The airline was then acquired by a community led consortium and flew for the next decade.
Executing a radical and innovative personal development program I and my team positively impacted over 500 people during my tenure as Founder and CEO. Being concerned about the plight of young adults (18-23 yo) from disadvantaged backgrounds in the United Kingdom, I founded, funded, and built a youth charity that delivered both personal change [in the participants] and community development [for international recipient clients]. I led the charity for five years, after which it continued for further seven years making a tangible difference to peoples lives.”
Benefits delivered to clients included 10 major on time/on budget projects with $20 million bottom line improvements. Finding myself in the centre of opportunity in China and South East Asia, I levered my technology, consulting, and CEO background to create a specialist international consulting and systems integration business. Based in Shenzhen and Singapore, I and my team acquired clients from multiple sectors in Asia and the Middle East, delivering increasing annual revenues for our business.
